Article 1 Purpose and Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth how AnotherBall Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) collect, use, share, transfer, retain, and otherwise handle information obtained from individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) who use the Company’s mobile/online application and any related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “App”).
Article 2 Types of Personal Information Collected and Sources
1. Information Provided Directly by Users
(1) Registration and Profile Information
• Login credentials for external accounts (e.g., Google Account, Apple ID, social-media accounts)
• Date of birth, country/region, user name, user ID, self-introduction, profile photo, and other profile details
(2) Payment Information
• Payment-card details and other payment information received by the Company’s third-party payment processors in connection with in-App purchases
(3) Survey Participation, etc.
• Name, user name, user ID, display name of external accounts, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, survey responses, voice recordings, images, live-stream videos, and any other information supplied by the User
(4) Enquiries, Customer Support, and Other Communications
• Name, e-mail address, message or attachment contents, and any other information supplied by the User
2. If a User fails to provide information that is necessary for the provision of the App or whose collection is required by law or regulation, the User may be unable to use the App.
3. Information Automatically Collected When Using the App
(1) Interaction with the App
• Viewed live-stream videos and other content
• Viewing time of live-stream videos
• Support actions toward live streamers
• Likes, comments, gifts sent during viewing
• Follow/follower data
• Time-stamps and amounts of in-App purchases
• Customer-support logs
• Crash logs
• Requested or searched pages; visited pages and profiles
• History of use of chance-based item-provision mechanisms
(2) Live-Stream Information
• Live-stream videos
• Date, time, and duration of App use
• Rank and rank history
• Number of comments and likes received
• Number of viewers who sent comments, gifts, or likes
• Number of views of each live-stream video
(3) Facial Movements and Expressions
The Company tracks facial movements and expressions via technologies such as Apple ARKit and Google MediaPipe solely to enable avatar functionality within the App. Such data are processed only in real time and are **neither stored nor shared with any third party**.
(4) Device and Software Information (regarding the device used to download or access the App)
• User ID
• Device identifiers
• Device model
• Locale
• App version
• Carrier name
• Language/region settings
• OS name and version
• Mobile network codes
• IP address
• Browser type
• Time zone
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID, UUID, Android ID, IDFV, mobile advertising ID, etc.)
• Firebase installation token
• Analytics App-instance ID
• VoIP permission status
• Other online identifiers
(5) Information Obtained from Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Company and its third-party partners use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect data. Analytics partners may track Users’ online activities over time and across different services.
Session cookies are deleted when the browser closes, whereas persistent cookies remain and may be used upon subsequent visits. The Company also collects and uses the device- and software-related information listed in paragraph (4) above.
4. Information Received from Third Parties
(1) External Services - when a User links an external account to the App, the Company may receive from that third party the user ID, display name, profile information, photo, and other user-related information. The Company may also receive additional data about Users from analytics providers, marketing partners, and similar third parties and may combine such data with information it already holds.
(2) Other Users - additional information supplied by other Users, e.g., through enquiries to customer support or from live streamers whose broadcasts the User views.
Article 3 Purposes of Use of Collected Information
The Company may use, sell, or disclose collected information for the following purposes:
1. Providing, operating, and maintaining the App
2. Investigating and analysing App usage
3. Conducting marketing research and surveys
4. Personalising the App, including displaying customised content
5. Verifying and maintaining the quality or safety of the App
6. Improving, upgrading, or enhancing the App, including internal research for technological development and demonstration
7. Processing in-App coin purchases and other payments
8. Recording sales amounts
9. Other accounting-related operations
10. Marketing, promotion, and advertising of the App and other Company products or services
11. Providing updates or other information about the App; supplying information at the User’s request; responding to comments or questions; communicating with Users; and providing customer support
12. Delivering prizes the User has won
13. Debugging to identify and remedy errors
14. Detecting and preventing malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities, prosecuting offenders, and addressing trust-and-safety issues
15. Determining whether the Terms of Use or other agreements have been violated and enforcing such agreements or legal rights
16. Complying with applicable laws or regulations or with orders of judicial or administrative authorities
17. De-identifying and aggregating information collected through the App and using it for lawful purposes
18. Enabling service providers to perform:
• account maintenance or administration;
• provision of customer services;
• processing or fulfilment of requests;
• account-information verification;
• payment or remittance processing;
• provision of advertising or marketing services;
• provision of analytics services; and
• other similar services
19. Realisation of direct or indirect commercial transactions
20. Any other purpose notified separately at the time of collection
21. Conducting identity verification and AML/KYC measures
22. Proper operation of chance-based item-provision mechanisms and handling related enquiries
23. Providing services through automated algorithms (e.g., recommendation or moderation) and responding to User requests for human review
Article 4 Provision to Third Parties
1. Partners and Affiliates - the Company may share all information it receives with its partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy.
2. Contractors and Service Providers - the Company may provide all such information to vendors, service providers, contractors, and other third parties engaged in connection with the App.
3. Other Users
(1) User names, user IDs, profile images, and self-introductions are always visible to and searchable by other Users.
(2) If a User live-streams or posts comments on other live streams, those live-stream videos and comments are visible to other Users viewing the same stream.
(3) User names and comments posted to a streamer’s broadcast are visible to that streamer and to other Users.
(4) The Company bears no responsibility for how other Users use publicly available information.
4. Analytics Partners - the Company uses analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytical data. These services may also gather information about Users’ activities on other websites, applications, and online resources. Details of Google’s privacy practices are available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. Users can opt out of Google Analytics by downloading the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Legal Requirements - the Company may access, preserve, and disclose information where it reasonably believes this is necessary to:
(1) respond to legal process or law-enforcement requests;
(2) respond to Users; or
(3) protect the rights, property, or safety of Users, the Company, or others.
6. Business Transfers - information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with mergers, acquisitions, asset or business sales, liquidations, or similar corporate transactions.
7. With Consent - the Company may disclose information with the User’s consent.
Article 5 Data Retention
1. Unless longer retention is required by law, the Company deletes or anonymises information once it is no longer needed for its processing purpose.
2. Retention periods are determined in light of:
(1) the nature of requested or provided goods or services;
(2) the nature and duration of the relationship with the User;
(3) the impact on the App’s provision if certain information is deleted;
(4) statutory or regulatory retention requirements; and
(5) relevant statutes of limitation.
Article 6 Handling of Personal Information in External Services
1. The App may contain links to websites, products, or services not owned or operated by the Company.
2. The Company bears no responsibility for the privacy practices of such third parties.
3. Information disclosed by Users to those third parties is not subject to this Policy.
Article 7 Security Measures
1. The Company makes reasonable efforts to protect information it holds by using technical and organisational safeguards designed to enhance security. Details of such measures will be provided upon request through the inquiry form.
2. Because the App is hosted electronically, the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security or privacy of User information.
Article 8 Privacy of Minors
1. The App is not directed to children under 13. The Company does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 or allow them to register without parental or legal-guardian consent.
2. If the Company learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 without such consent, it will delete that information as promptly as practicable.
3. If you believe the Company is collecting information from a child under 13, contact should be made to our inquiry form.
4. Irrespective of parental consent, residents of the following regions may not use the App if under the specified age:
(1) European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom: - 16 years
(2) Republic of Korea: - 14 years
Article 9 International Transfers
1. App data is hosted in the United States. If the App is used from the European Union or elsewhere, information about Users or their devices may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.
2. The Company may further transfer such data from the United States to other countries or regions for storage, processing, responding to User requests, and operating the App. Law-enforcement and national-security authorities outside the User’s country of residence may access the data.
3. By providing information on or through the App, Users are deemed to consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
Article 10 Changes to this Policy
The Company may amend this Policy to reflect changes in its personal-information practices or in applicable laws or regulations. Any amendments will be announced explicitly within the App or on related websites or applications, and the “last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Article 11 Users’ Rights and Choices
1. Users have the right to:
(1) request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information;
(2) request restriction of processing;
(3) object to processing; and
(4) exercise data-portability rights.
2. Upon receiving such a request from a User or authorised agent, the Company will respond as promptly as practicable in accordance with applicable law.

Supplementary Provisions
1. Procedure for Amendments
Amendments are made in accordance with Article 10 and take effect on the date separately specified in the notice to Users posted in the App or otherwise designated by the Company.
